- New York Times and AMA News: UW Cardiologist Dr. Jim Stein, who is a co-PI of the UW-CTRI research study Vape Check, and UW-CTRI Director Dr. Hasmeena Kathuria shared their expertise with the New York Times about the health effects of vaping. - Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: UW-CTRI Researcher and Pediatrician Dr. Brian Williams spoke with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about the health effects of vaping. Read the article here. - NBC 15, Fox 11 and CBS 7: Piper spoke with the Madison TV affiliate about the Options 2 study, which examines whether nicotine pouches can help people go longer before their next cigarette.
