UW-CTRI Outreach Specialist Amy Skora spoke about smoking, vaping, and the latest treatments to help patients quit at the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin annual meeting Sept. 16 at the Radisson Hotel in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The Society has about 600 members.
Her talk was a break-out session titled, “Cold Turkey, E-cigarettes, Meds and More: Developing the Urge to Quit.” Skora offered training and technical assistance to health care providers in southwestern Wisconsin.
