Elana Brubaker coordinates Dr. Jessica Cook’s research at the William S. Middleton VA Hospital and the Veterans Tobacco Treatment Research Group. Their current study is the Veterans Smokers Health Study, a program designed for Veterans who are not yet ready or willing to quit smoking.
Brubaker holds a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. She serves on multiple committees at the VA to promote Employee and Veteran Wellness, Whole Health integration, and Research Safety.
