The map of Aurora Sinai Medical Center shows the Physician Office Building next to the Sinai Main Hospital, between State St. and Kilbourn Ave.

If you are parking

There is FREE parking lot across the street from main hospital at 945 N. 12th Street (Parking Lot with “F” in the map above).

Then walk across the street to enter the main hospital building on 12th street.

Once inside, walk ahead then turn left, then follow the hallway all the way down to the Physician’s Office Building entrance to the double set of elevators.

Take the elevators up to 5th floor, turn left, and follow the signs to Suite 501 which will be on your right.

If you are not parking a vehicle

Enter the building through the Main Hospital at 945 N. 12th Street (where it says “F” in the map above).

Once inside, walk ahead then turn left, then follow the hallway all the way down to the Physician’s Office Building entrance to the double set of elevators.

Take the elevators up to 5th floor, turn left, and follow the signs to Suite 501.
