Park at Lockefield Garage (parking ticket will be provided) orient yourself at the pedestrian exit facing Indiana Avenue. As you step out, you’ll immediately notice the historic brick buildings of Lockefield Gardens Historic District across the street, this is your visual anchor.

Office Directions

Turn right onto Indiana Avenue and begin walking east along the sidewalk. Stay on this side of the street, passing landscaped green spaces and low-rise residential-style buildings that reflect the character of Lockefield, Village.

Continue straight for a short distance approximately 2–3 minutes on foot. You will see signage and building markers indicating Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Family Medicine as you approach.

Your My Path office is located within the Lockefield Village complex at 980 Indiana Ave. Look for the The Department of Family Medicine entrance with university branding and posted suite information near the front of the building. The entrance is pedestrian-friendly and directly accessible from the sidewalk.
